Hi there…

For those of you who do not know me personally, let me introduce myself. My name is Justis Heppner. I am a Realtor, wife, mother, sister, friend, the DIYer, the historical home girl, and that coffee woman.

I wanted to create a platform for all things home and real estate related. I’m not your average Realtor and before you roll your eyes, just hold on. I understand everything within homes from mechanics to functionality. I focus on interior themes that are easy on the pocket in both buying and selling. ⠀

I have been in real estate for almost a decade. My husband and I have owned three homes and have restored them personally. We have two children and also own @populacecoffee which I jokingly claim as our third child. . Outside of those roles, I am a Director for the Bay County Realtor Association, a member of the Tax Assessment Board for the City of Bay City, a Director for The Center Avenue Historic Association, and I previously held a seat on the Historical District Commission for 3 years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I feel best when I create and change spaces. Lighter is always better and true design comes when it meets your needs, wallet, and heart. A space should reflect who you are and I’m a firm believer in moving furniture as many times as you need to until it feels right. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
